Mr. Murphy brings over twenty Five (25) years of executive level business management experience to the operation. The Founder of the TGHC, Inc. (The Good Hope Corp) a Multi-Diverse Consulting Company in the areas of, Information Technology, Transportation, Security Services-Armed -un-Armed. The Company has a Partnership Agreement with Strategic Protective Services an 8(a) Certified Veteran Minority Owned Company. Mr. Murphy is co-owner of Murphy’s Auto Body, he works with his brother on day-to-day operations in making sure the company is running efficiently.
Mr. Murphy has been engaged with several other start-up business ventures. He was the the Founder of JRMC Professional Management Services, a Management company that created JRMC Janitorial Services, Landscaping, Light Construction, Information Technology Services and also Founded Games R US Arcade that first opened in Laurel Maryland in Laurel Mall on Route One where the store had over 30 games, and served the laurel community and the local laurel High School.
In addition to his management and business knowledge, Mr. Murphy served as the Vice President, of ACS Communications, LLC to ensure the growth by securing federal, government and other private contracts.
Jeff Murphy was an active board member of the Anacostia Coordinating Council, where was active in the local community in Ward 7. Mr. Murphy is a father and husband, during his spare time he enjoys outings with his family.


Stephan Taylor

His brand of craftsmanship is at the highest level because he strives for technical perfection in the telecommunications, security, audio-visual and wireless network spaces. His style of workmanship is distinguished by his unwavering goal to get each job done right and his uncompromising principle that the quality of work directly represents his professionalism and him as an individual.
Stephan specializes in structured cabling – inside plant, vertical backbone, horizontal cabling in house or in the field. His craftsmanship starts becoming thoroughly familiar with the construction drawings and design system based on the specifications. Once the design phase is complete, he uses his personal flair to build relationships with vendors and suppliers to get competitive pricing and the most innovative state-of-the-art products to produce the right service solution for any project.
From installing cabling at the main distribution frame (MDF), to connecting riser cables, to termination to testing the network, Stephan gives the utmost attention to detail. At each of these crucial levels, Stephan ensures jobs progress according to schedule and remains within budget.
Stephan’s other technical specialty is in the security space. He holds certifications in security access control, tele-entry CCTV surveillance and intrusion detection. Stephan has worked with the major prime construction and technology companies in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area and has worked on numerous locations around the world.
In his spare time, Stephan enjoys boxing, golf and spending with his four grandchildren.
